You end up with files from two sets of drivers, with results like the ones you describe. It seems that neither Microsoft or Nvidia are going to support this card for Windows 7. If you want to stretch the image across your screen though, that is a driver related setting some screens also support it toobut you’ll need to be able to open the control panel to set how the image scales on screen.

These may work for rx5200. Your experience is fairly typical and is one of the reasons for this thread.
